Ansar-VDP Unnayan Bank is recruiting 62 officers across two posts: System Manager (1 vacancy, Grade-3) and Principal Officer (61 vacancies, Grade-6). This recruitment notice was published by Bangladesh Bank's Bankers Selection Committee Secretariat. This listing covers the Principal Officer post.

Required qualifications: At least a second-class Master's degree (or equivalent) from a recognised university, with at least one First Division/Class at some stage of academic career; a Third Division/Class at any stage is not acceptable. Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Senior Officer in another bank or financial institution is required.

Age limit: 21 to 35 years as of 1 June 2026 (affidavits not accepted as age proof).

Salary scale: BDT 71,000-134,000 (Grade-6), plus other benefits as per rules.
