Operations Coordinator

Job description

Lean Nation has been Dhaka's premium meal plan service for 10 years, trusted by 2,000+ subscribers who want to eat well without the hassle of cooking. It is looking for an organised, energetic Operations Coordinator to be the right hand of the Head of Brand & Business, turning first conversations into lasting partnerships. Location: Banani, Dhaka. Full-time, Sunday to Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Competitive salary plus free Lean Nation meals and a clear growth path.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with gyms, clinics, trainers and corporate partners
• Plan and run the events calendar: pop-ups, tastings and fitness events
• Develop and manage Lean Nation merchandise
• Support the marketing team under the guidance of the marketing consultant

Requirements

• Excellent follow-through, so no lead or deadline slips
• Confident in Bangla and English
• Presentable, personable and comfortable meeting partners in person
• Interested in fitness, healthy food or events (attitude matters more than years of experience)
