Wellness Ventures Ltd. (Labaid Group) is hiring a Manager, Corporate Sales & Marketing, based in Dhanmondi, Dhaka. The role develops new corporate clients and business opportunities, maintains relationships with existing corporate clients and promotes Wellness bakery and customized products. Office hours: Saturday-Thursday (10am-6pm). Salary review: yearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop new corporate clients and business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Promote Wellness bakery and customized products
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized offers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in client handling
• Experience in bakery, food, FMCG, or corporate sales will be an advantage
