Salary: BDT 20,000–25,000/month

Responsibilities

• Find and respond to "hiring video editor" posts on Reddit
• Research prospects and write personalized outreach emails
• Test new lead generation channels and report what works
• Track leads in Google Sheets

Requirements

• Strong written English
• Sharp online research skills
• Comfort with AI tools and Google Sheets
• Reddit familiarity (a plus)
• Ownership and discipline with deadlines
