Job description

Maintenance Lead - FMD at BAT's Savar Factory. Owns the maintenance planning and scheduling process, participates in daily direction-setting meetings, and manages work orders to minimize downtime. Reviews maintenance notifications within 24 hours, leads weekly planning sessions, and develops annual maintenance plans. Drives breakdown elimination initiatives and supports equipment performance improvements while maintaining compliance with factory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
