Serenity Builders Ltd. is looking for a dedicated, skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join its team. The engineer will supervise construction activities, ensure quality control, monitor project progress and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Inspect construction materials and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Monitor labor productivity and site safety practices
• Resolve technical issues arising during construction
• Ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget
• Maintain proper documentation and site records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc. in Civil Engineering)
• 3 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also apply)
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works and project supervision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and construction documentation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and under pressure
