The Home Delivery Network (HFDN) Delivery Logistics Dispatch Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day home delivery operations via multiple Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). This role requires overseeing a number of variables, ensuring route coverage and maintaining service quality aligned with our promise to customers. The HFDN Delivery Logistics Dispatch Coordinator The role will foster strong relationships with DSPs, internal logistics teams, and key stakeholders across the business, keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations in a single site ensuring all routes are covered efficiently by DSPs.
• Monitor live delivery systems and address any operational challenges in real-time with the relevant DSP
• Review EPOD images and performance data to ensure service quality aligns with customer expectations.
• Repack damaged customer boxes in line with Food Safety and Quality Standards
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to appropriate DSPs or internal management.
• Raise issue tickets to the internal logistics team where issues arise
• Build and nurture strong relationships with DSPs, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational alignment.
• Act as a point of contact for DSPs, promptly addressing concerns or providing guidance.

Requirements

• Experience in home delivery operations or a similar logistics role
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task various operational tasks
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Familiarity in excel, google sheets
• Strong problem solving skills
• Understanding of delivery network operations and associated challenges.
• Strong ability to build partnerships with DSPs and internal stakeholders.
