Magnus Corporation Ltd. is a leading ICT solution provider based in Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are hiring Jr. System Engineer with below responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 technical support for the Order Management System (OMS) project.

- Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers and networks.

- Monitor system health, server performance, and connectivity to ensure smooth operations.

- Deliver support under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.

- Support tender documentation and assist in project implementation.

- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements:

- RHCSA certification (highly prioritized).

- Basic knowledge of Linux server administration, networking, and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with Windows Server (added advantage).

- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

- Knowledge on Capital Market terms is preferred.

- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· A diploma in Computer Technology or equivalent technical certification (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE) is an added advantage.
