talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for ambitious fresh graduates and final-year students to join its 2-month structured Internship Program in Bahrain. The program gives hands-on experience inside a fast-paced global organisation through real projects, active mentorship and cross-functional exposure across the regional ecosystem.

Interns join one of six functional tracks: People Operations (Tech/HR); Marketing (Brand, CEM & Campaigns); tMart / Q-Commerce (Commercial); Sales (Operations & Account Management); IT & Infrastructure (Darkstore Networking); and Logistics (Vendor to Last-Mile Operations).

Responsibilities

• Own real deliverables: work on live, impactful projects within your chosen function rather than side tasks
• Partner with experienced professionals locally and connect with regional teams across the MENA region
• Gain practical exposure to how a tech-driven, fast-growing multinational operates day to day
• Take part in feedback loops and mentorship sessions to accelerate your professional development

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to your chosen functional track
• 0-1 year of professional experience
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and ready to take ownership of tasks
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
