Dealer Development Specialist

Job description

Rancon Motorbikes Limited, part of the Rancon Group, assembles and markets Suzuki motorcycles in Bangladesh. It is hiring a Dealer Development Specialist at the Assistant Manager / Senior Executive grade at its Dhaka head office to expand and strengthen its dealer network.

Responsibilities

• Own the new dealer appointment process, from identifying and evaluating to onboarding and activation
• Develop and implement dealer policies, processes and operational guidelines
• Ensure dealers comply with business models, programs, policies and standards
• Monitor dealer business performance, operations and business reviews
• Achieve annual dealer appointment targets in line with the expansion strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or Engineering from a reputed university
• At least 5 years in sales, distribution management, channel development, trade marketing or related fields
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Willingness to travel anywhere within Bangladesh
