CPC Relationship Banker

Job description

Citi is looking for a seasoned CPC Relationship Banker in Dubai to manage and grow its Citi Private Client customer relationships. The role applies in-depth knowledge of the function, helps improve processes and workflow, and involves coaching and training new recruits.

You will review customer needs and asset allocation, advise clients on additional funds and fee-based products, and ensure all relationships are covered through regular engagement, risk profiling and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Review CPC customer needs and asset allocation and engage customers to validate your understanding of those needs
• Advise CPC customers on mobilizing additional funds and fee-based products and services
• Review product penetration for the assigned client base and identify customers who can be offered tailored products
• Cover all relationships through customer engagement, risk profiling and financial planning
• Organize CPC customer events to strengthen client bonding
• Acquire new CPC customers by converting referral leads
• Ensure KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly followed

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience
• Bachelor's / university degree or equivalent experience
• Good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex information from multiple sources
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills
• Ability to coach and train new recruits
