About Us: Panacea Diagnostic & Consultation Center (PDCC) is a new healthcare initiative in Sunamganj District, being established with the vision of providing high-quality diagnostic services and convenient access to specialist consultations. Our mission is to support healthcare specialists practicing in Sunamganj City and adjacent Upazilas while serving patients by reducing the need for long-distance travel, facilitating timely diagnosis, and bringing essential diagnostic services closer to the community.We are seeking qualified, dedicated, and competent professionals to join our team for the following position(s):Position: Consultant – Radiology & Imaging Job Location: Hasan Nagar, SunamganjKey Responsibilities:Demonstrate mastery and hands-on expertise in performing and reporting advanced imaging procedures, including Transvaginal Sonography (TVS), Thyroid Ultrasonography, Breast Ultrasonography, and Color Doppler studies.Fully competent in performing and reporting image-guided procedures for patients, specifically USG/CT-guided FNAC and specialized contrast studies.Establish strict quality control protocols, draft standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure full compliance with healthcare regulatory standards and local atomic energy/radiation protection guidelines.

Requirements

• BMDC-recognized postgraduate degree (DMRD/MCPS/M-Phil or equivalent in Radiology & Imaging); higher postgraduate degrees (MD/FCPS) will be given significant weightage.
• Proficiency in image post-processing software, including multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), 3D volume rendering, and tissue window adjustments.
• Strong understanding of local healthcare business dynamics, with excellent doctor–patient relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
• Female candidates will be given preference.
• Candidates must provide two doctor references with valid BMDC registration, including one faculty member or senior doctor from their own medical college and one professional supervisor from a current or previous employment or training placement.
