Job description

The office of the Civil Surgeon, Narsingdi (Health Services Division, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare; ref. no. সি.এস.নর/প্রশাসন/৩য়-৪র্থ শ্রেণী জনবল নিয়োগ/২০২৬/১৮৪৪, dated 13 September 2026) is recruiting for 8 categories of vacant Grade 11-20 posts under the Civil Surgeon and its subordinate health institutions, on a temporary basis through direct recruitment. This notice is for 1 post of Cold Chain Technician (Grade 15, pay scale as printed in the circular: Tk 9,700 - 23,490). Only permanent residents of Narsingdi district may apply. Applications are accepted online only at http://csnarsingdi.teletalk.com.bd from 30 September 2026 (10:00 AM) to 30 October 2026 (5:00 PM); applications by any other means are not accepted. Candidates must be born citizens of Bangladesh and aged 18 to 32 years as of 30 September 2026 (affidavits are not accepted as proof of age). Candidates who already applied under the earlier circulars of 18 March 2024 and 23 September 2025 for the same posts do not need to apply again. All posts are tested on the same date and time; a written test and, where applicable, a practical test are held, and only those who pass reach the oral test. Government, semi-government and autonomous employees must apply with their employer's permission and bring a No-Objection letter. Government quota rules apply as printed in the circular. Forged documents or false information lead to cancellation of candidature, and police verification and a health certificate are required before appointment. No TA/DA is paid for the tests. Fee: Tk 100 plus Teletalk service charge Tk 12 (Tk 112 in total) (paid by two SMS from a Teletalk prepaid number within 72 hours of submitting the form). Note: applying costs the candidate this SMS fee through the Teletalk recruitment portal.

Requirements

• Higher secondary (HSC vocational) certificate in the refrigeration and air-conditioning trade from a recognised board
• Born a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of Narsingdi district
• Age 18 to 32 years as of 30 September 2026
• Must not be married to a non-citizen of Bangladesh or convicted of a moral-turpitude offence
