Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to design and execute various real estate development projects.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, budgets, and reports.
• Solve technical challenges that arise during the construction process and provide innovative solutions.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Participate in project meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• BSc/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the real estate sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Sound knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in dynamic situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
