WAZIH Group is hiring a Call Center Executive (CCX) (Dhaka). Number of vacancies: 60. See the responsibilities and requirements below for what the employer is looking for.

Responsibilities

• Handle Client Communication
• Troubleshoot Client Issues
• Maintain Order Records
• Promote Products
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Generate sales lead through telemarketing and recurrent client base.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
• Provide information about company products, services, offers, and policies.
• Meet assigned call-handling, customer service, and performance targets.
• Any other task assigned by Line Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline will be an advantage
• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce
• 0–2 years of experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, telesales, or related position.
• Fresher’s with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Bangla and English.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use MS Office and relevant software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays when required.
