JLL is shaping the future of real estate by combining world-class services, advisory and technology for its clients. This onsite Riyadh role in the KSA Capital Markets team combines technical financial expertise with client-facing responsibilities in commercial real estate (CRE) transactions.

The position covers financial modeling and analysis, client management and business development, and transaction support from origination to close, with more than 50% travel for deal activity, site visits and client meetings. It suits someone looking to advance a career in real estate investment banking or transaction advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling and analysis for CRE transactions
• Prepare information memorandums and marketing materials
• Market research and intelligence gathering
• Cash flow analysis and valuations
• Business development through networking and relationship building
• Client needs assessment and proposal development
• Manage transaction processes from origination to close, including calls, meetings and site visits
• Deal structuring (joint development, JV, asset sales, redevelopment)
• Due diligence coordination
• Support negotiations, deal execution and target identification

Requirements

• MBA Finance, CA or CFA qualification
• 3-7 years in investment banking or transaction services
• Real estate and/or logistics/industrial sector experience preferred
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong financial modeling capabilities
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Business development and networking abilities
• Understanding of corporate law is beneficial
• Able to travel 50%+ for deal activities, site visits and client meetings
