দায়িত্ব

• Retail & Liability Business Associates (Asset, Liability, Credit cards & Islamic banking Products Sales)
• Driving Business: Mobilize deposit products (Savings, Current, and Term Deposits) and source Retail Loans (Home Loans, personal loans, & Credit Cards etc.).
• Market Exploration: Conduct field visits to identify, approach, and acquire new customers.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly deposit and loan targets.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting connections with new clients while nurturing existing ones.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with branch teams and relevant departments for smooth loan processing and fund disbursement.

যোগ্যতা

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Age At most 40 years
• Experience: No prior experience required for Trainee roles! We value your hunger to learn and desire to succeed. _(Candidates with 1+ years of relevant banking/sales experience will be preferred for senior tracks)._
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A basic understanding of retail banking and credit concepts is an asset.
• Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, and thriving in a target-driven environment.
• Age: Maximum 40 years (Flexible for highly experienced candidates).
