:MI Moves International Education & Migration is looking for experienced and target-oriented Student Counsellors to join our team for Canada and Ireland student recruitment and admission counselling.Important: Only candidates with relevant professional experience in student counselling or the overseas education consultancy industry are eligible to apply. Freshers will not be considered.Job Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students interested in higher education opportunities in Canada and Ireland.
• Assess students' academic backgrounds and recommend suitable courses and educational institutions.
• Provide accurate information regarding admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa procedures.
• Assist students throughout the admission application process.
• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Convert prospective student enquiries into successful applications and admissions.
• Coordinate with the admission and visa processing teams.
• Maintain student databases, counselling records, and follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly counselling, application, and admission targets assigned by management.
• Stay updated on admission requirements and relevant education and visa policies for Canada and Ireland.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• 1 to 2 years
• Age 20 to 35 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good counselling, negotiation, and student follow-up skills.
• Ability to convert prospective students into applicants.
• Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, email communication, and data management.
• Ability to achieve monthly targets and work under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills and a professional attitude.
