• Academic Qualification: Honors/master’s degree in the relevant subject (Science, English, Mathematics, or Arabic) from a recognised institution is highly preferred.
• Teaching Experience: Prior teaching or language training experience in the respective domain will be given strong preference.
• Communication Skills: Candidates with excellent overall interpersonal and linguistic skills will be highly prioritised.
• Modern Teaching Methods: Practical knowledge of modern, interactive, and enjoyable teaching techniques will be considered an added advantage.
• Student-Centric Attitude: Candidates must be remarkably sincere, patient, caring, and student-friendly.
• Professional Discipline: Must demonstrate punctuality, high professional ethics, and strict commitment to institutional rules and regulations.
