Habitat for Humanity International, Bangladesh (HFHI-B) is hiring a Specialist, Disaster Resilience and Recovery for its Dhaka office. The post is full time on a one-year contract starting 1 January 2027, with a monthly salary of BDT 85,000 to 110,000 plus provident fund, gratuity, festival bonuses and insurance. • Lead the disaster resilience and recovery strategy and roadmap
• Carry out disaster risk and housing vulnerability assessments and develop resilient housing designs
• Build emergency preparedness and housing recovery systems
• Build partnerships with government, NGOs and donors
• Deliver at least two pilot disaster-resilient housing programmes and support resource mobilisation

যোগ্যতা

• Master's in disaster management, DRR, climate change, environmental science, civil engineering, architecture or development studies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in disaster risk reduction, emergency response, resilient housing or recovery
• Open to Bangladeshi nationals only
