Brandix, a digital-first apparel manufacturer with a 50-year history, is hiring an Executive - Cutting at its Cumilla facility in the Bangladesh region. The role ensures an uninterrupted supply of cut kits to the sewing area on the predetermined schedule and manages the cutting team to meet its goals and objectives. • Plan and achieve targets for the assigned cutting section in line with the production target
• Ensure smooth operation of the cutting process so cut kits are delivered on time
• Supervise the cutting team and manage it to meet cutting goals and objectives
• Follow the organisation's Health and Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols

যোগ্যতা

• Advanced level qualification, diploma or certificate in Clothing Technology
• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the cutting function
• Knowledge of cutting processes and techniques
• Knowledge of marker making and consumption calculation
• Knowledge of computer aided design (CAD) systems
• Functional IT and digital skills
• Self-motivated, methodical and able to prioritise work under demanding circumstances
