SkyTech Global Ltd. is hiring two Social Media Marketing Executives for the night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, US hours) in Dhaka. It wants motivated, hands-on candidates with a solid foundation in social media marketing and a willingness to learn; relevant internship experience, personal projects or practical experience managing social media pages are welcome.

দায়িত্ব

• Manage social media pages, posts and publishing schedules across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Write engaging social media copy, captions and post descriptions
• Schedule and publish posts while maintaining consistent content calendars
• Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions
• Support content planning, campaign ideation and content calendar development
• Conduct community outreach and maintain active online communities
• Track social media performance, analyse engagement metrics and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with graphic designers on copy, creative assets and publishing deadlines
• Use Meta Business Suite to manage publishing, engagement and performance tracking

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree from any reputed university
• Sound knowledge of social media marketing principles and familiarity with the major platforms
• Good written English and social media copywriting skills
• Good organizational, communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working the night shift (US hours)
• Familiarity with Canva or other basic graphic design tools
