ACI PLC is hiring a Senior Brand Executive for its Stationery Business portfolio in the Marketing department, based in Dhaka and reporting to the Marketing Manager. The role develops brand strategies and integrated marketing plans, analyzes consumer and market insights, prepares sales budgets and P&L statements, and coordinates new product launches. A BBA in Marketing, at least 3 years of relevant experience and an age of at most 32 are required.

• Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to drive brand growth and market share
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer marketing and consumer activation
• Analyze consumer insights, market trends and competitor activities
• Develop category plans covering product innovation, pricing and portfolio optimization
• Prepare sales budgets, Consolidated Marketing Plans (CMP) and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Monitor sales performance and campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives
• Plan new product launches and evaluate post-launch performance
• Prepare brand performance reviews, marketing reports and sales tracking dashboards
