• Responsibilities include social media management, content creation, reels, campaign planning, website management, SEO optimization, digital marketing, audience engagement, and trend analysis across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content, reels, promotional videos, captions, and creative campaign ideas.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, and sales.
• Manage website content, product updates, and basic website maintenance.
• Perform SEO optimization, keyword research, and website performance monitoring.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and maintain online brand communication.
• Analyze social media insights, campaign performance, and market trends to improve results.
• Collaborate with the Media & Creative team to develop promotional content for new collections, sales campaigns, and special events.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
• Age 22 to 35 years
• Candidates should have strong creative skills, knowledge of social media platforms, website management, and SEO.
