দায়িত্ব

• Manage Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Plan and run Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Create attractive travel posts, promotional content, Reels and short videos.
• Increase brand awareness, engagement and organic reach.
• Generate potential customer inquiries through social media marketing.
• Research target audiences, travel trends and competitors.
• Plan regular promotional campaigns and content schedules.
• Monitor advertising performance and prepare basic reports.

যোগ্যতা

• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors
• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator, Travel Agency, Travel Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Age 20 to 35 years
• Basic practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite.
• Good understanding of social media marketing and lead generation.
• Ability to create attractive content using Canva or Photoshop.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
• Creative thinking and good Bangla & English communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media trends and audience targeting.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads or SEO will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Travel & Tourism marketing will be preferred but is not mandatory.
