The Senior Manager, Global Partnerships will drive strategic partnerships and resource mobilisation by cultivating corporate, philanthropic, and innovative financing opportunities that advance BRAC's mission. The role leads partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising initiatives while strengthening collaboration across BRAC's solutions ecosystem to deliver sustainable impact by helping BRAC expand into new markets and mobilise partnerships in a changing landscape. দায়িত্ব

• Lead BRAC's strategic efforts to cultivate, secure, and mobilise partnerships driving sustainable resource mobilisation and shared value creation.
• Support the implementation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for BRAC's Global Partnerships unit by ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives and deliverables.
• Coordinate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders across BRAC's solutions ecosystem, proactively managing follow-ups, aligning priorities, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of commitments.
• Develop compelling partnership materials, including pitch decks, concept notes, and funding proposals, and facilitate project design workshops to co-create high-impact initiatives.
• Drive innovative partnership stewardship strategies and long-term relationship management practices to enhance partner engagement, retention, and strategic collaboration.
• Safeguarding: ensure the safety of programme participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation, and follow the safeguarding reporting procedure.

যোগ্যতা

• Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in programme development, partnerships and communication or any similar area.
• Knowledge of resource mobilisation, fundraising, donor and partnership engagement, proposal development, and pipeline management.
• Understanding of programme design processes, including theory of change, log frame, M&E, budgeting, and risk analysis.
• Understanding of development trends, partnerships, and the global fundraising landscape.
• Demonstrated strengths in relationship management, quantitative research skills, prioritisation, and cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to work across teams, technical experts, and senior leaders in a fast-paced matrix environment.
• Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage ambiguity across multiple workstreams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
