Sunway Admission is expanding its team and looking for experienced Senior Study Abroad Counsellor – Multi-Destination for our Dhanmondi, Dhaka office.

We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in international student counselling, university admissions, visa application procedures, and student profile evaluation across multiple study destinations.

Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Salary: (35K - 60K) + Per Visa Submission & Per Visa Approval Bonus.

Role Description The Senior Counsellor Multi-Destination (UK, Ireland, Europe) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The role involves providing expert counseling to students interested in studying in the UK, Ireland, and various European countries, including advice on programs, institutions, admission criteria, and living abroad.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct mock interviews and counselling sessions to prepare students for university admission interviews, credibility interviews, and embassy or visa interviews across multiple study destinations.

- Assess students’ interview readiness and provide constructive feedback to improve their confidence and performance.

- Review student profiles and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university admission and visa requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, interview assessments, application progress, and student feedback.

- Coordinate with admission and counselling teams to stay updated on university requirements, admission procedures, and visa regulations across different destinations.

- Monitor changes in university admission policies and immigration requirements to ensure students receive accurate and up-to-date guidance.

- Support internal quality checks and ensure compliance with Sunway Admission’s policies, procedures, and partner institution requirements.

- Guide students throughout the admission process, from initial profile assessment to application submission and visa preparation.

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in overseas education consultancy, student counselling, or international student admissions.

- Strong student counseling and advisory skills, with proven experience guiding applicants to UK, Ireland, and European institutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Law, or a related field.

- Proven ability to counsel students for multiple study destinations, assess academic profiles, and recommend suitable study pathways.
