IUAC is hiring an experienced Senior Counsellor - UK to guide students who want to study in the United Kingdom. You will own the full student journey from first enquiry to enrolment, build trust-based relationships with students and their families, work independently and take direct responsibility for your students' outcomes. দায়িত্ব

• Counsel prospective students on UK universities, courses, entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and career pathways
• Assess academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and programmes based on each student's background, goals and budget
• Manage the full application journey: UCAS and direct applications, offer follow-ups, document verification, CAS requirements, deposits and pre-departure guidance
• Guide students on UK Student visa requirements and documentation, based on current UKVI and GOV.UK rules
• Ensure documents are accurate, genuine and complete, and never make promises or guarantees about visa outcomes
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, university representatives and partner institutions
• Follow up promptly with enquirers and applicants to support timely applications, offer acceptance and enrolment
• Keep accurate student records, application updates and follow-up activity in the CRM or student management system
• Achieve agreed student recruitment and enrolment targets
• Support education fairs, seminars, webinars and other promotional activities
• Contribute ideas that improve counselling quality and operational efficiency

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2-3 years of overseas education counselling experience, with a strong focus on UK admissions
• Sound knowledge of UK undergraduate and postgraduate admissions, entry requirements, tuition fees and application procedures, including equivalence of Bangladeshi qualifications
• Good understanding of UK Student visa requirements, CAS procedures, English-language test requirements and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with fluent English and Bengali
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple student cases, meet deadlines and maintain accurate documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms and university application portals
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Preferred: British Council-certified counsellor training
