Johnson & Johnson MedTech is searching for a Senior Clinical Specialist - Cardiovascular in Riyadh/Jeddah, KSA. The Cardiovascular team develops solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology and stroke. In this role you will provide clinical and technical expertise to physicians and EP Lab staff during case procedures and train customers on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment.

দায়িত্ব

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g. the CARTO system, associated software modules and RF generator) during case procedures
• Educate customers on all electrophysiology products by providing technical and clinical information and in-service training
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account
• Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitate Territory Sales Manager contact with key decision makers to drive incremental business
• Maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling
• Collaborate with the local team and support teams (Ultrasound CAS, FSE, RBD) and share best practices with KSA Field Sales and Service colleagues
• Develop and grow customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and clinical and hospital administrators
• Stay current on product instructions for use (IFU), best practices, technical troubleshooting and relevant clinical literature
• Prioritize and respond to requests in a high-stress environment while maintaining composure and a problem-solving focus
• Perform administrative work including account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting and company system input
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures, including Health, Safety and Environmental practices

যোগ্যতা

• University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Biomedical Engineering or Cardiovascular Technology (CVT)
• Experience in the cardiovascular field working in the Electrophysiology section or CRM
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in direct patient support in a Cath Lab
• Ability to support physicians and patients at any time; availability for emergent patient care
• Ability to travel 80%+ within the region
