META Clinical Application Specialist

The Clinical Application Specialist develops and delivers clinical education sessions to customers, advises on the implementation of optimal clinical procedures and protocols, and provides first and second-line support to clinical support associates and customers. The role works under general supervision and established processes.

• Develop and deliver clinical education sessions to customers, following organizational standards, guidelines and product-specific training materials
• Advise customers on optimal clinical procedures and protocols to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the equipment
• Provide first and second-line support to clinical support associate specialists and customers
• Apply analytical skills to resolve medium-complexity requests within defined procedures
• Participate in customer escalations, complaints (safety and non-safety related) and feedback processes following agreed protocols
• Collaborate with product development, quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to address customer concerns and enhance product performance
• Maintain a deep understanding of the organization’s products, clinical applications and relevant industry standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service organization
• Document service records, including problems encountered and their resolutions, in the Service Management System
• Build internal and external working relationships to resolve problems and minimize customer downtime

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 4 years of experience with vocational education in the medical industry, clinical support, healthcare, customer service or equivalent
