Arogga is Bangladesh's leading health-tech company that gives millions of people access to genuine medicines and healthcare services, including lab testing, diagnostics and telehealth, and is building a health super-app backed by international investors. The Assistant Manager, Marketing will drive marketing and growth initiatives across Arogga's healthcare ecosystem: developing and executing customer-centric campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, building commercial partnerships and contributing to advertising and commercial revenue, while owning business objectives from planning through execution. Joining timeline is immediate.

দায়িত্ব

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business and revenue objectives
• Plan and run campaigns across awareness, conversion, retention and loyalty, with clear objectives, segments, messaging and success metrics
• Coordinate with Creative, Performance Marketing, CRM, Product and Operations teams
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and recommend optimisations
• Conduct market, competitor and consumer research
• Identify advertisers and business partners and convert them into revenue-generating campaigns
• Prepare commercial proposals and partnership packages, and pitch, negotiate and close deals
• Prepare campaign performance reports and track timelines and deliverables

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline; Master's an advantage
• 4-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, partnerships, account management or business development
• E-commerce, healthcare, health-tech, FMCG, media or agency experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Excellent communication in Bangla and English
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple projects
