Mashreq's Bangladesh franchise is hiring a Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions (FI) sales within the Corporate and Investment Banking Group. The role leads and coordinates the team to set clear, measurable business targets aligned with franchise objectives, builds long-term relationships with senior management of correspondent banks, financial institutions and regulators, and supports the Deputy Country Representative in running the Bangladesh franchise across business, operations, compliance, risk and governance. The post holder identifies new business and grows Mashreq's wallet share across correspondent banking, trade finance, payments, treasury and cash management, while balancing growth with sound risk management and regulatory compliance. Applicants need at least 8 to 10 years of banking experience, preferably in corporate sales, trade operations or FI sales.

দায়িত্ব

• Develop and execute business strategies and annual and monthly business plans with the Deputy Country Representative to meet revenue, profitability, balance sheet and transaction flow targets
• Own monthly and annual team targets covering revenue, business volumes, customer engagement and portfolio growth
• Build and maintain relationships with senior management of Bangladeshi banks, financial institutions and regulators
• Negotiate pricing, limits and transaction structures with customers within approved guidelines
• Grow wallet share through correspondent banking, trade finance, payments, treasury and cash management
• Coach and motivate the team and guide it on Mashreq products, processes and service capabilities
• Ensure KYC, periodic reviews, RMA, onboarding and other compliance requirements are completed on time, with zero tolerance for AML, sanctions and policy breaches
• Coordinate with Mashreq Head Office and overseas offices on credit, compliance, operations, product and treasury matters
• Support the Deputy Country Representative in relations with Bangladesh Bank and other regulators
• Monitor market and competitor trends and keep pricing within approved guidelines

যোগ্যতা

• University graduate, preferably with an MBA or business discipline
• At least 8 to 10 years of banking experience, preferably in corporate sales, trade operations or FI sales
• Knowledge of trade and international payment processing
• Team player able to cope with change and new developments
• Basic computer knowledge
