Texventure manages small-batch apparel production in Bangladesh for brands in the USA, Canada, the Gulf and Europe: T-shirts, polos, hoodies, denim, shirts, sweaters and streetwear, often 50 to 200 pieces per style. The company needs one person to run the process from development to shipment: finding sample houses, small to mid-size factories, and print and embroidery units that take small runs; developing samples, strike-offs and sew-outs from tech packs; following production and inspecting at AQL 2.5; and getting every order packed and shipped correctly. The role includes daily factory visits in the Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj and Savar area. Texventure states that it works only with honest people and takes no vendor commissions. • 3+ years in knit or woven sampling, merchandising or QC
• Hands-on work with screen, DTF or digital print and embroidery units
• Ability to read tech packs and measure to spec
• Readiness for daily factory visits in Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj and Savar
• A clean record; no vendor commissions
