Process Lead

The Process Lead (Production - Cigarettes and Filters, reporting to the Cell Lead) is responsible for coordinating all technical activities in the production lines assigned to them in order to meet production targets (KPIs and other internal targets) in line with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and Integrated Work System (IWS) standards. The role also manages continuous improvement activities within the associated production lines. This is a permanent position based in Tongi.

• Develop the operating teams' technical understanding and capability
• Attend Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and spread the IWS DDS structure, analysing data to interpret performance
• Take responsibility for assigned Daily Management Systems (DMS)
• Coordinate all technical activities in assigned production lines in line with EHS guidelines and 5S3R standards
• Ensure adherence to JTI's safety standards, quality and Code of Conduct, with the EHS objective and target
• Sustain production performance of assigned lines and initiate actions to achieve production KPIs
• Ensure daily production activities on assigned machines (QUIP, rework, standard measurements, prototypes, material trials) are done, with reporting and documentation in line with a Zero Loss mindset

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university
• Good English and Bengali communication skills, verbal and written
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience working in production organizations, departments and/or plants
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of database management and analytics tools
• Experience with SAP production systems
• Experience in Power BI dashboard development and KPI reporting
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting IWS/DDS/DMS methodologies
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Experience in MTBF analysis, reliability engineering and equipment performance improvement
• Familiarity with EHS standards and Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of OEE improvement initiatives is an advantage
• Strong communication, organizational, team coaching, project management and change management skills
