Paul Russells Lighting, established in 2014 and based in London, supplies energy-efficient LED lamps and luminaires for commercial, residential and outdoor use. To scale its digital presence across the UK it is hiring a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager and Media Buyer, working remotely from Dhaka, to own the full-funnel digital strategy, manage a significant budget across channels, maximise ROAS, grow its Amazon UK market share and build organic presence through SEO. TikTok experience is a must and portfolio submission is mandatory.

• Execute and optimise high-performing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok to drive D2C sales
• Use X (Twitter) for real-time engagement and trend-based promotions
• Develop B2B lead generation and brand awareness campaigns on LinkedIn targeting interior designers, contractors and office managers
• Manage Google Ads accounts including Search, PMax and Shopping campaigns focused on high-intent lighting keywords
• Develop YouTube video strategies to showcase product quality and installation guides
• Own the Amazon UK advertising strategy (Sponsored Products, Brands and Display) and optimise listings for Amazon SEO
• Collaborate on a content strategy and conduct keyword research for the UK lighting and home improvement market
• Monitor CPA, ROAS, CTR and LTV, A/B test creatives, landing pages and audiences, and ensure accurate tracking and attribution

যোগ্যতা

• 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically for UK-based e-commerce or home decor brands
• Proven track record of managing five-figure monthly spends on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Deep understanding of the Amazon UK ecosystem and Seller Central
• Expert in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and data visualisation tools
• Strong understanding of UK consumer behaviour, seasonal trends and UK-specific compliance
• Ability to brief design teams on high-converting ad visuals and copy
• TikTok experience is a must; portfolio submission is mandatory
