দায়িত্ব

• Develop, modify and correct patterns based on fitting and sample feedback.
• Make accurate sample consumption.
• Prepare garment patterns according to design concepts, sketches, and specifications.
• Follow up with the sample section to ensure timely sample. development.
• Ensure proper fitting, grading, and measurement accuracy.
• Achieve assigned monthly sample targets.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams.
• Identify and resolve pattern-related technical issues during sampling.
• Prepare and submit daily output reports.
• Prepare monthly work progress and performance reports.
• Maintain pattern quality as per buyer and company standards.
• Carry out any other relevant assignments assigned by management.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor/Honors
• Higher Secondary
• Diploma in Pattern Making or any related field.
• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion, Garments
• Age 30 to 40 years
• Educational requirements may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
• Expert in manual pattern drafting & CAD patterns.
