The manager grows the solar inverter, battery and storage business by developing distributors, dealers, EPC companies and installers, and owns regional sales targets, channel KPIs and market share. • Develop and manage distributors, dealers, EPC companies and solar installers across Bangladesh
• Drive product certification and regulatory compliance
• Track market size and demand across residential rooftop, C&I, off-grid and utility segments
• Train channel partners and installers on installation, commissioning and troubleshooting
• Plan go-to-market activities: expos, digital marketing, seminars and flagship projects
• Own regional sales targets, channel KPIs and market share

যোগ্যতা

• 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in the solar market of Bangladesh
• Solid technical background in solar technology
• Proven channel development experience with distributors, dealers or EPC partners
• Fluent English; working Chinese is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently
