SQUARE Textiles Division, a venture of SQUARE Group that runs vertically integrated composite RMG units producing yarn, denim, woven and knit fabrics and garments for leading global brands, is hiring a Manager for Mechanical Engineering at its factory in Bhaluka, Mymensingh. The role leads the mechanical engineering team together with Production, IE and EHS. Candidates need a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a public or reputed private university and 15 years of experience in a reputed, compliance-based garments factory. দায়িত্ব

• Lead all mechanical engineering, maintenance and utility operations for uninterrupted production
• Run preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for machinery, boilers, compressors, generators and HVAC
• Monitor breakdowns, maintenance costs, spare parts inventory and energy use
• Ensure safety, statutory, buyer code and certification compliance for mechanical equipment

যোগ্যতা

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a public or reputed private university
• 15 years of relevant experience in a reputed, compliance-based garments factory
• Ability to lead and develop the engineering team in coordination with Production, IE and EHS
