Online Properties Ltd. is hiring a Manager (Architect) (Dhaka). See the responsibilities and requirements below for what the employer is looking for.

Prepare detailed architectural, finishing, working, and coordination drawings for building exteriors.
Develop high-quality 3D conceptual models,
Prepare architectural plans and designs independently for building construction.
Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, elevations, and interior details.

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Age At least 32 years
Only Male
2D & 3D visualization & software skill
Skill in 3D MAX, Sketch up, D5, Lumion, 3D Rendering, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related software.
Must have knowledge on RAJUK Rules, FAR, BNBC
Should have IAB MEBBERSHIP NO.
Should have experience on Real estate company
Should have capacity of large volume project.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate / Residential & Commercial space, Architectural firm.
Key initiative planning and execution
Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
Strategic Thinking & creative development
Strong imagination and ability to think & create in three dimensions
