দায়িত্ব

• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, control panel, PLC, inverter/VFD and automation-related faults.
• Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize production downtime.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate with production personnel.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend necessary critical spares.
• Ensure electrical safety, equipment reliability and compliance with factory safety procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports on breakdowns, downtime and corrective actions.
• Job Location: Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.

যোগ্যতা

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Hospital, Hotel, Restaurant, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Spinning, Dyeing Factory
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery in a knit dyeing and finishing factory.Hands-on working experience with the following machines is essential:
• Dilmenler Knit Dyeing Machine
• Thies Knit Dyeing Machine
• Bruckner Stenter Machine
• Lafer Compactor Machine
• AOP (All-Over Printing) Machine
• Other machinery used in knit dyeing and finishing factories.
• Strong practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to production breakdowns.
• Good communication, coordination and team management skills.
• Experience in a knit dyeing and finishing factory will be given priority.
