• Oasis Minerals and Metals Limited is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager (Accounts & Commercial) to manage and coordinate import and commercial activities related to Stone, Coal, Food Grains. Practical experience in import operations, shipping, customs clearance, port operations, import costing, LC & Banking.

যোগ্যতা

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• Chartered Accountant (CA-CC)
• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Trading or Export/Import
• Age 40 to 45 years
• Only Male
• Candidate should have accounting knowledge to prepare company accounts and audit.
• Strong practical knowledge of LC & Import Documentation.
• Very good understanding of Bangladeshi Banking and import procedure.
• Knowledge of Customs, HS Code, duty/tax and clearance procedures.
• Proper Accounting & Reporting knowledge.
• Responsible for preparation of Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, P & L Account and Cash Flow Statement).
• To oversee the regular cash & bank transactions.
• Tally ERP Software knowledge must require.
• Excellent communication skill in English.
• The applicant should have experience in the following business area (s): Trading Business (Import)
• Any other Job assigned by the Management.
