Join the International Logistics team at Baker Hughes in Dubai. The Supply Chain team qualifies suppliers, runs supplier audits and builds a sustainable supply chain. As Logistics Senior Team leader you will lead end-to-end logistics solutions that achieve on-time pick-up and delivery of goods, manage logistics costs against budgets and operating plans, and lead and develop a team.

দায়িত্ব

• Developing and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on time pick up & delivery of goods.
• Managing Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans.
• Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
• Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
• Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
• Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.
• Leading a team and be responsible for their development.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Logistics).
• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Logistics.
• Experience in Energy sector within the middle east
• Experience in SAP and Transport Management system
• Fluent in English
