Dubai Holding Group Services, the shared-services arm that runs procurement, finance and human capital for Dubai Holding's companies, is seeking an experienced sourcing leader as Associate Director - Sourcing - Corporate Services.

The role manages three categories (Marketing, IT and Corporate Services) and drives sourcing strategies, spend analysis, contract development and supplier relationship management that deliver cost savings and measurable value across the group.

• Lead sourcing strategies across Marketing, IT, and Corporate Services.
• Oversee spend analysis, market intelligence, cost assessments, contract development, and supplier relationship management.
• Guide the team to follow standardized sourcing processes and governance.
• Deliver cost optimization initiatives and value-creation projects.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Integrate market insights into sourcing plans and supplier strategies.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with budgets and frameworks.

যোগ্যতা

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Solid experience in one or more of the following categories: Marketing, IT, or Corporate Services.
• Experience in large-scale procurement organizations or leading consultancies will be highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (CIPS or Project Management certifications preferred).
• 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier relationship management, and procurement systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba). Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable financial and operational value.
• Ability to interpret complex data, assess market trends, and make strategic recommendations that influence decisions.
