Bahrain Surf Park is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to provide coordination, administrative assistance and operational oversight for training and engagement activities. Reporting to the Human Resources and Training Manager, you will support the Senior Leadership Team through targeted training initiatives, manage the engagement calendar and facilitate learning and development so the park remains a world-class visitor experience and a great place to work.

দায়িত্ব

• Respond to training enquiries and give accurate information on training policies, schedules and development procedures
• Maintain training logs, distribute certificates and manage personnel development files
• Monitor workshop attendance and completion records and assist with training budget tracking
• Plan L&D programmes and create training memos, e-learning flyers and internal newsletters
• Plan, coordinate and deliver corporate training such as orientation, Aloha Spirit culture and leadership series
• Review and update training materials and analyse training needs by observing team members in the workplace
• Set and manage an annual HR engagement calendar with monthly activities and wellness initiatives
• Run employee engagement surveys, analyse results and deliver action plans
• Coordinate team activities and events that build a positive culture

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with an L&D or HR qualification
• 5+ years of professional experience, including leading or training large and diverse teams in hospitality or leisure
• Written and spoken English and Arabic (stated in the posting as a required skill)
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to work under pressure with a hands-on, self-motivated attitude
