Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort are seeking an experienced, strategic and people-focused Director of People & Culture to lead the pre-opening and launch of all human resources and organizational development initiatives. The role builds the hotel's workforce from the ground up, establishes a strong organizational culture and ensures P&C processes support operational excellence and employee engagement from day one. Reports to the Hotel General Manager.

দায়িত্ব

• Lead all pre-opening HR and P&C planning, including recruitment, onboarding, training and team structure across all departments
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs in line with brand standards, local labor laws and culture goals
• Build and maintain a pre-opening recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely hiring of skilled and motivated talent
• Design and execute training and development programs so all team members are prepared for opening
• Foster a positive, inclusive and performance-driven culture aligned with the values of the Tivoli and Avani brands
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, performance management and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations
• Guide and support departmental leaders on HR matters, conflict resolution and talent management
• Develop succession planning and career development strategies for key positions
• Collaborate with the Hotel Manager and ownership to align P&C strategies with business goals
• Implement HR systems, reporting mechanisms and metrics to monitor workforce performance, engagement and retention

যোগ্যতা

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in international companies with a tracked record of achievements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and computer literate
• Knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and HR practices preferred
• Strong in driving results and in people management and development
