Roebuck Communications is looking for a Content Planning Intern who will work closely with the Content Planning team to support day-to-day research, ideation and social media content planning. The role suits people who are curious about brands, digital culture, storytelling and creative communication. Under the guidance of a supervisor, the intern gains practical exposure to brand research, competitor analysis, content calendar development, campaign ideation and social media trends inside an advertising agency. The internship runs for 4 months with a monthly honorarium of BDT 8,000.

দায়িত্ব

• Assist the Content Planning team with research and background work for assigned brands and campaigns
• Research brand categories, target audiences, competitors and industry trends
• Monitor designated brands' social media pages for trending topics, popular content formats and audience engagement patterns
• Support development of monthly content calendars for assigned brands
• Contribute ideas for social media posts, campaigns, topical content and brand communication
• Assist in preparing content briefs, presentation decks and planning documents
• Help identify opportunities for real-time marketing and topical content
• Support monthly content reports with basic observations on performance and engagement
• Maintain organized records of research, content ideas and planning documents
• Share daily work updates and discuss progress with the supervisor

যোগ্যতা

• Completed all academic coursework/credits at the university and awaiting graduation or results
• Educational background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, English, Business or a related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Bangla
• Keen interest in social media, digital marketing, content creation and brand communication
• Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Good research skills and ability to identify relevant trends and competitor activity
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); basic Canva knowledge is an advantage
• Availability to work full-time during the internship period
