দায়িত্ব

• Manage recruitment and employee onboarding.
• Prepare job circulars, interview schedules, and recruitment records.
• Maintain attendance, leave, employee files, and HR documentation.
• Monitor office policies and employee performance.
• Coordinate probation, appraisal, promotion, and salary-review processes.
• Support employee engagement and workplace discipline.
• Assist management with manpower planning.
• Maintain professional communication between management and employees.

যোগ্যতা

• Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM) in Human Resource Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
• Master of Business Management (MBM) in Human Resource Management
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
• Age 25 to 50 years
• Previous HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave and employee documentation.
• Good understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law and HR policies.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to maintain employee confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Must be organized, responsible and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Google Workspace.
• Experience in a consultancy/service-based organization will be an advantage.
• Candidates located near or comfortable working in Gulshan-01, Dhaka will be preferred.
