দায়িত্ব

• Respond to customer inquiries by email.
• Provide customers with timely shipment and delivery updates.
• Dispatch and coordinate drivers for daily container pickups and deliveries.
• Track containers, drivers, chassis, and shipment status in real time.
• Coordinate with port terminals, warehouses, customers, brokers, and drivers.
• Monitor LFDs, appointments, holds, releases, availability, and other operational requirements.
• Communicate delays, changes, and operational issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot issues involving containers, chassis, appointments, terminals, and deliveries.
• Update dispatch systems, spreadsheets, and customer records accurately.
• Coordinate last-minute changes and prioritize urgent loads.
• Maintain accurate documentation and dispatch records.
• Escalate unresolved operational issues to management when necessary.
• Complete all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor/Honors
• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, E-commerce, Group of Companies, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Logistics Startup, Multinational Companies, Shipping, Trading or Export/Import, Transportation
• Age 24 to 26 years
• The applicant must be fluent in English.
• Should not have any study plans for the next 2–3 years.
• The role requires working a full shift from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (including breaks).
• We recommend this position only for those who can commit patiently and consistently for the long term.
• The applicant should have a computer with good specifications, power backup, and stable high-speed internet.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
