The Technical Consultant works closely with clients to deeply understand their technical environments and provide advanced, customized solutions aligned with their strategic objectives, working under direct supervision. The role implements system architectures, detailed configuration plans and testing frameworks, resolves complex technical issues through advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis, and documents solutions and support procedures.

• Consult with clients to understand their technical landscapes and offer recommendations and custom solutions that align with their long-term objectives
• Implement design documentation, system architectures, configuration plans and testing frameworks, working under direct supervision
• Resolve technical issues through advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis, and provide proactive support to prevent future problems
• Document technical solutions and create support procedures and troubleshooting guides for internal teams and clients
• Enhance the organization’s knowledge base by documenting and sharing best practices and standardized processes
• Apply configuration management and version control techniques to keep solution deployments accurate and consistent
• Assess customer systems through health checks and address potential issues to optimize performance and reliability
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, so client feedback is built into product and service improvements
• Prepare technical reports, analyses and updates for stakeholders
• Support implementation and deployment projects, including system configuration, integration and performance tuning

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 2 years of experience with vocational education in technical consulting, customer support, the healthcare industry or equivalent, OR no prior experience with a Bachelor’s degree
