Customer Support and Lead Management Executive

BrandTECH is looking for a highly articulate, proactive and energetic female executive to manage digital marketing support, live website chat, lead management and customer support for a USA-based real estate platform. The post lists the job type as full-time / part-time / remote, with flexible or US-shift working hours. দায়িত্ব

• Live chat and customer support: give prompt, polite and accurate responses to prospective buyers, sellers and visitors on the website via live chat and email
• Lead management: handle incoming real estate leads, follow up promptly, qualify potential clients and schedule appointments or calls for the sales team
• Marketing assistance: support digital marketing efforts, manage client inquiries from social media campaigns and maintain strong client relationships
• Database maintenance: update and manage customer records and lead statuses in CRM software

যোগ্যতা

• Female candidate (as stated in the post)
• IELTS overall score of at least 7 (7.5 or higher strongly preferred)
• Native or near-native US English fluency and accent given high priority
• Prior experience in USA real estate client handling, live chat support or call centers is a big plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Fast typing speed and basic CRM / lead management knowledge
• Comfortable with website chat software, Google Workspace and communication tools
